At Sippette, we want you to love your purchase. This policy has been written in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major fault, is not fit for its described purpose, or does not match its description. In these cases, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. These rights cannot be excluded.
We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. If you change your mind about a purchase, we will gladly offer you a store credit to the value of your order, provided all of the following conditions are met:
The item is returned within 14 days of the delivery date
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The product is undamaged and in resaleable condition
Proof of purchase is provided
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any future Sippette purchase.
For change of mind returns, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Sippette is not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.

We will assess your claim and, where a remedy is warranted under the ACL, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Sippette.
Sippette wraps are a DIY heat-shrink product. The final appearance of the wrap depends on the technique, tools, and care used during application. By purchasing from Sippette, you acknowledge that:
Successful application is your responsibility
Results may vary depending on the hairdryer, heat gun, and technique used
Sippette does not accept responsibility for imperfect application outcomes
Sippette cannot guarantee results where our installation instructions have not been followed
We strongly recommend watching our installation video before applying your wrap. If you have questions before applying, please contact us — we are happy to help.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items that have been opened or used
Items purchased on sale or using a discount code (unless faulty)
Digital products or gift cards
To initiate a return, email hello@sippette.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be accepted.
