Sippette is an Australian-based online retailer selling decorative heat-shrink bottle wraps and related accessories. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by our carriers. Sippette is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers once an order has been dispatched.

4. Product Use & DIY Disclaimer

All Sippette wraps are designed for DIY application using a hairdryer (on high heat) or heat gun. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood the application instructions

• Successful application requires appropriate technique and tools

• Results may vary — Sippette does not guarantee a specific finished appearance

• Sippette accepts no liability for damage to bottles, labels, or contents caused during the application process

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sippette website — including product designs, images, copy, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Sippette. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Sippette's liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
